What Our Guests are Saying
Ira LeedsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Food was excellent. Well flavored while not being overpowering. Atmosphere has a lot of energy and friendliness. The prices are a bit high but they’re doin a lot to support neighborhood and staff so I can tolerate that. I will say for the price point though I would have liked to see a bit more premium seafood ingredients. The shrimp and grits could have really set itself apart if the flavor and presentation were finished off with oversized shrimp instead of standard grocery store sizes FoodieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very cute restaurant. Got the chicken and waffles and it was pretty good. Would definitely come back here. Highly recommend from the food to the service. Alvin HTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I visited Brulee yesterday for the first time. It was pretty busy. I forgot it was Friday. For starters, my choice was a banana split Greek yogurt parfait and a honey butter biscuit. The parfait was okay, and the biscuit was good. It took a while for the two items to come out. About five minutes after the biscuit and parfait came out, the Creole shrimp & grits arrived. The shrimp & grits were good. The timing of the food arriving threw me off. So I didn’t finish all the food and asked for to-go boxes. This is a lively place and can get pretty loud. The establishment plays music too, but I could hardly hear over fellow patrons’ conversations. Nakita PerdueTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Noel was great! Amy AlleyneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such an amazing place, my friend and I came for a conference and it was close by and absolutely delicious. I had a vanilla latte, the avocado croast and the banana parfait and all were SO surprisingly delicious, especially the parfait where they had bruleed honey onto the sliced banana, it was beyond incredible. GO Venetta FoxTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tamika excellent server , pleasant and knowledgeable about menu options. Delicious entree’s. Stephanie PruittTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tamika was our hostess and she was simply amazing! Recommendations she made were on point AND loved her patience & graciousness, as she had to service 4 girlfriends that were yacking & all over the place. I’ll be back’ Sonia DavisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It is a place with an easy vibe. Our server, Tamika was very attentive and patient. I would recommend extending the time to Two hours so you don’t feel so rushed Kateva MTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. for those who have always inquired about being invited to the “cookout” this place is the epitome of that experience. The environment is inviting and warm, you’ll feel like you’ve been around one of those families you see on TV….. and I didn’t even mention the food, it is to live for.
